The service scheduling and actual drop and service maintenance were done perfectly and on time. I was called to pick up my car after complete service but when I arrived to pick up my car, my service m maintenance were done perfectly and on time. I was called to pick up my car after complete service but when I arrived to pick up my car, my service manager was busy with another customer who had a.big problem. So Genesis wanted me to wait 20 minutes for my service manager to complete work with their current customer. Completely understandable but they could have let another customer serve rep check me out. More

My 2026 Genesis 2026 was receiving a Xylion coating on car exterior and leather seats. All went well. Product delivered on car, courtesy car arrived, with a few hiccups. Peter Franks was very professional car exterior and leather seats. All went well. Product delivered on car, courtesy car arrived, with a few hiccups. Peter Franks was very professional and informative about service. Tim helped me with courtesy car forms. I love my new car. I would recommend dealership and can't wait for new building to be done.
