When Tina contacted me she was professional, intelligent and efficient on the internet and phone. She made an appointment for the following day to come and see the car and when I saw it and drove it I wanted it. She made the whole process fun, easy and very professional. I left with the car that evening and was excited to be a Volvo owner. Tina made sure some little dings were fixed and the day of service the following week was relaxing and the car looked brand new!! It has been a pleasure to buy a car from such professionals who take pride in their work. Thank you and we will be back for sure! :) More

When we started our search for a new car, we had done our research online as to the make, model, color and options we were looking for in our new Volvo. When we searched for a dealer that had what we wanted, we were shocked to find that Prestige Volvo was the closest dealer to have exactly what we were looking for. No wonder, as they are the largest Volvo dealer in the country. I contact Tina Bilokin via email to inquire about the vehicle they had in stock. She was very responsive, not only to providing us with an extremely competitive lease quote but also to take our leased 2014 Volvo S60 in trade. All promises and quoted figures that were provided via email were 100% honored when we actually got to the dealership and our new car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Tina is extremely knowledgeable of the Volvo product line and was able to efficiently program the car's electronics with our cell phones, Volvo On Call app and Sirius Satellite Radio service. Pat Masone walked us through all the paperwork without any up-sell pressure to purchase other services or features we didn't want. Very much a gentleman and pleasure to work with. I guess if I had to summarize our experience with Prestige Volvo, I would say that it was like working with one big happy family. From the initial inquiry to driving off the lot in our new car, the entire experience was warm and friendly, where we were treated like family and not just a consumer. This is absolutely the way trading and buying/leasing vehicles should be conducted. If you're considering the purchase or lease of a new Volvo, I urge you to contact Tina. Tina was very helpful by sending me videos of the vehicle along with information about the car. We worked through emails, calls and text. Tina was very helpful in also securing me with a better loan than my credit union. Through email we exchanged all information she needed from me to process the sale. Once I arrived to get the vehicle the car was there prepped and ready to go. After less than I say 30 minutes I was on the road driving to Maryland in a New car. Tina even followed up the very next day to make sure I made it back safely and ask how my trip was. Thanks Tina for the great experience in my first long distance purchase. Over the past 15 years between business and personal I have purchased a new or used vehicle on average every 18 to 24 months and this was the best transaction ever. Tina made it great from the start with her personal video walk through of the vehicle, answering all our questions and allowing us time to make a decisions with absolutely no pressure. I drove up from Southern New Jersey, 4 hours and 220 miles round trip to purchase this vehicle and it was worth every minute and mile. When we arrived to pick the vehicle up, Tina, Deborah and PJ had the paperwork ready and had me in and out in minutes. Deborah stepped in to assist Tina and gave us a very informative overview of the vehicle, made it fun and had us cracking up laughing. He was patient in helping me find the car that would be a great fit for my family and me. Never once, did I feel like an unimportant client, just because I was buying a used car. I met Tina a few days later when I picked up the car. Tina made sure to go over all of the car's features with me, and answered any questions I may have had. She was great. I met with Pat Masone when it was time to close the deal. Once again, I was impressed with the time he took to go over last minute financing and insurance questions. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide what made better sense for my type of car purchase. Although my car stalled after one day of being in my possession. I was able to reach PJ and he made sure that it was taken care of immediately. He apologized profusely and the way I see it is that once in a while unexpected things happen. Their service department took care of the situation and returned it to me by the next day. PJ and the service guys were amazing. I truly feel that at Prestige Volvo not only do they value business but also the lasting impression they leave on their customers. More
