Best Dealer In a Hundred Miles Searched the inventory of a dozen dealerships in the greater NY area for two months and had used the same dealership for 36 years. Tired of the bait a Searched the inventory of a dozen dealerships in the greater NY area for two months and had used the same dealership for 36 years. Tired of the bait and switch and high pressure, I traveled 70 miles to Prestige Volvo in NJ. The sales person (Tina Belokin) was honest and attentive. The owner, sales manager and finance manager made the car buying experience painless and enjoyable. Defibitely would return for my next auto. More

Everything about PrestigeVolvo was absolutely AMAZING!!! In the parking lot I was greeted by Tina, simply amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable . She made my car buying experience feel like I was in my friend's home. Prestige Volvo environment felt so comfortable, I felt no pressure. Everyone at Prestige Volvo were friendly and warm, making my experience simply amazing. This is by far my best dealership experience and would recommend to everyone looking for a new vehicle. More

That's not true at Prestige Volvo. In the person of Tina Bilokin, these folks have embraced the 21st Century and will do business they most other retail establishments do -- efficiently, via text and email, whatever works for the customer. Tina also spent all the time we needed to become fully conversant in our new car's capabilities and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we wills get the most out of our experience. High value all around I was looking to lease my third Volvo XC-60 at my local dealer. The sale person I had previously worked with had moved and the gentleman that replaced I was looking to lease my third Volvo XC-60 at my local dealer. The sale person I had previously worked with had moved and the gentleman that replaced him just wasn't able to meet my requests for a vehicle and price. I went online and had a great correspondence with Tina. So I decided to travel 50 miles for quality instead of the 5 miles for convenience I used to drive. At the dealership I met Ron and he was fully up to speed on my discussions with Tina. He made it easy: found the vehicle I was interested in and gave me a great price. Bing, bang boom. I'm in the new car and I'm happy. Price is important, but VALUE seals the deal. More

The easiest car buying experience! Their patience in me testing several cars, answering all of my questions and the walk through of the vehicle after purchase was by far the BEST car buying experience my wife and I have had. From the first email exchange with Ms. Bilokin and up until the moment my father drove out of the dealership in his shiny new Volvo everything was just perfect. The dealership building is very stylish and high tech, done in a Scandinavian style, and a pleasure to be in. Agreeing to the deal was very easy: there was no haggling and no gimmicks - we were given a very generous discount and were dealt with in absolutely professional and courteous manner. After we shook hands on the terms the vehicle was prepared for delivery in 55 minutes, and was delivered in immaculate condition. Mr. Masone handled all the financial paperwork in the most efficient way. Finally, Ms. Bilokin was very thorough in explaining the vehicle features, which was very helpful to my father. On a personal note, I was very touched by the fact that a very special attention was given to my father's comfort - he has trouble walking due to his physical condition, and Ms. Bilokin, Mr. Masone and their colleagues truly went an extra step to ensure that he is comfortable. Thank you so much for that, that meant a lot. I highly recommend Prestige Volvo and Ms. Tina Bilokin in particular if you consider buying a new Volvo. On a Saturday morning a few weeks ago, the exact car we wanted showed up on Truecar.com at Prestige Volvo. A phone call to Prestige led to a conversation with Internet sales rep, Tina Bilokin, who supplied us with more data about the car, including a video tour of the car, both exterior and interior, pointing out the car's few blemishes. We placed a refundable deposit and asked that the car be reserved until we could drive up from our home, about 360 miles, the following weekend. We did so and were both very pleased with the car, it's value, and the professional, pleasant experience. Driving our "new" used car home reinforced my decision. I bought my first car 54 years ago and have never experienced such a pleasant, pressure-free experience. We bought a fine car off the internet for a very fair price. Kudos to Tina, PJ, and the Prestige team. More

Everything about the experience (from the initial IM contacts and emails to completion of deal) has been nothing short of spectacular. This dealership takes its reputation very serious and they made every effort to ensure I was comfortable with them. Tina - you rock! The thorough walk-around video you made with the car prior to my decision to visit was what tilted me over the edge and onto the dealership lot. Many thanks for making the trip so worth it! Also - many thanks to everyone that I met that day. I had not one negative experience with anyone. There seems to be a thoughtfulness behind the staff they employ. It's felt and it shows. me make a satisfying decision. I DID. I had visited a dealership in PA the previous week and was largely underwhelmed by the lack of enthusiasm or warmth.
