It was quite a surprise. Having been in an accident and not able to drive, we were most appreciative of Diane and Howard for bringing the car to our house, and making sure that we were now able to use the garage and gate features on the car. Diane was also helpful in setting up the seats and mirrors.. Also, we don't want to forget what a big help that Marc Jean was in showing us all the features of the car. I love this dealership so much that I drive over an hour from West Palm for my service appts! This is the same dealership where I leased my 2021 NX 300. There is a Lexus just minutes from my house. So that gives you an idea of how amazing the service is up there! I brought my vehicle in for my 10,000 mi service. Robert Collier was my service advisor. Everything was run so smoothly! Robert had a loaner car ready for me so I could continue on with my day. Washed. Immaculate. Before I left, I’d made note to Robert that there were some new marks on the hood and driver side mirror of my car. We couldn’t tell if they were scratches or something else? The manager Scott O’Keefe (sp?) came over immediately with a paint cleaner and started to buff the marks out! I thought I’d have to have the hood repainted! They took care of everything, right then and there. Scott scrubbing away, even while wearing a back brace! I cannot tell you how kind everyone is at the dealership. From management, to sales, service, front desk. I won’t take my car anywhere else! Even driving over an hour to get there! Robert and Scott were amazing More

Jeffrey Orr greeted me and handled everything efficiently with care. From sales dept 2 outstanding employees helped me. Carlton Duncan happily assisted me with measuring the interior of 2 models to answer if either would be an option for me. Tina Klein as sales mgr not only helped me in the showroom but also returned a phone call to me later in the morning. Both were very impressive! I had previously ordered parts the day before and Brandon Konze happily helped me at the parts desk. The car cleaning/washing dept handled my car as if it was their own! I keep my GX clean but these guys far surpassed what I do! Very impressive! All these employees I interacted with were experts in all that was done for me during my time at the dealership! My recommendation is that all these employees be recognized for their talents and dedication with a bonus and raise! To begin with Carlton welcomed me into the dealership and actually seemed interested into what I was looking for. He was fantastic in explaining everything, introducing me to his manager and walking me through the entire process. After a couple of rounds of negotiations and a bit of deliberations I drove home with my new RX350. From Sales to Management to Finance and finally to Hope in delivery (really technology) this dealership went overboard to make me feel special.
