Everyone at the dealership was helpful. There was just some confusion as to when they would issue me a check. I was first old I would get it when I picked up my new car. Then when I picked up my car I was told it would be mailed to me. I was supposed to meet them at the Jeep dealership to return my old vehicle and when I called to confirm our meeting time I was told that they already returned the vehicle. Then the Jeep dealership called me and said they found my car on the lot w/the keys in it and did not know how it got there. I loved that they registered the car for me, but it would have been nice if they went over the vehicle functions either when I picked up the car or when I went back for the plates. I had to go a third time to meet with someone (who was great) to go over how things worked. More

Everyone I dealt with was great! Hanna helped me narrow down what models to look at on the phone. Jon reviewed warranties with me, and though I had some sticker shock in that department I’m satisfied with my choice. After my head was spinning, Tisha went over all the features of my car with me, and she was very logical and explained things well so I actually remembered much of what she said! I was a bit taken aback to find that Tyler was unhappy with Fozi for some reason and moved to remove Fozi from the sale. If he felt something was off, I wish he had spoken to me before making assumptions. More
