I was able to schedule my vehicle maintenance appointment on their website. It was very easy. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and sincere welcome. My service technician was pol on their website. It was very easy. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and sincere welcome. My service technician was polite, friendly and efficient. I waited about one hour in a very comfortable lounge. Great complimentary coffee bar. Upon completion the repair report was discussed in detail. Great experience. Great personnel. More

Every time I use your service department, I have to come back and return my car for another repair or somethings that broken. Its almost like you do it on purpose to make more money. Not only that it's inco back and return my car for another repair or somethings that broken. Its almost like you do it on purpose to make more money. Not only that it's inconvenient and annoying, but its wrong to do this to people who works hard and trust you with their means of transportation. I dont trust Toyota Vallejo service dept with my vehicles and I will not recommend anyone to take their car there. More
