Hello, This dealer is by far the best I have ever been to. The repair shop man named Jerry was so understanding, supportive, and descriptive one of the best services I have ever had in my life. The parts salesman named Henry was extremely helpful and provided me with the best help possible and provided me exactly what I needed. The floor salesman named Tobic was extraordinary as well. Very helpful, guiding, and supportive of all my wants and needs. Overall, the 3 representatives that I spoke with all were phenomenal and I actually am in the process of possibly having my close friend of mine travel from Chicago Orlando to look at inventory to work in specifically with Tobic. If this is the continued standard for service, I will always come to this dealer first to see what inventory is available before going elsewhere and I will always recommend to my friends and families. I had a very good overall experience purchasing my 2024 Sentra SR with my primary contact, Kenny Wright and salesperson Tobic Edouard. The biggest factor in my purchase was Kenny's customer service and up Sentra SR with my primary contact, Kenny Wright and salesperson Tobic Edouard. The biggest factor in my purchase was Kenny's customer service and up-front pricing. While I did not feel it was the best price possible, it was acceptable and I went with it to avoid traveling to another dealer that was further but which had better negotiated price and package. One thing that stood out the most in an otherwise purely transactional deal is that we asked at every stage and from every contact throughout the sale process: what do you do for a loyal Nissan customer of over 26+ years? My family and I have been purchasing Nissans from many dealers over these years. In each case, there was little or no acknowledgement, which was thoroughly disappointing. Beside our relationship with Kenny, there would be little to nothing to differentiate Sutherlin from other Nissan dealers when we decide to purchase another vehicle in the next year. Except for this and that the overall process could be quicker than the 4-5 hours for a straightforward deal, the staff and experience was good. Thanks. More
