I leased my 2026 Lexus a few weeks ago. I was very specific about the options I wanted and all but one thing was perfect. However. I was very unhappy about the one item being unavailable. I could not have been more impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism! Even the corporate Lexus personnel did not have confidence that we could resolve my issue; Sarasota Lexus continued to work diligently and efficiently and resolved my issue. I was constantly kept informed and assured that if we could not resolve my issues that we would find another solution to ensure that I was satisfied. Unbelievable customer service. More
