I purchased a car on 11/25/23 and it's 12/11/23 and we are having issues with the car not shifting and alot of bouncing/play in the rear end. We paid 21k for it and got a statement from the finance compan are having issues with the car not shifting and alot of bouncing/play in the rear end. We paid 21k for it and got a statement from the finance company saying we are paying 49k at 20% for 6 years. I got screwed as I was a first time buying a new new car.... I called them 12/9 told them I wanted out of this car i was told I can't trade it in or give it back that I'm stuck with it.. that all they can do is have it looked at. I wanted to test drive more cars but was rushed into this car and I should have stuck my ground!!! More

Our car wasn’t washed or detailed at all. Windows are filthy, dashboard dusty and dirty, 1/4 tank of gas when we were told it would be 1/2 full. The wheels look like they’ve never even seen a car wash. Sticker left on the inside of the windshield. So disappointing! More
