I returned to the Subaru Superstore of Surprise after my 2020 Outback that I originally purchases with them was totaled in an accident when another driver turned left in front of me. I had a great experience with this dealer for the prior purchase and they went above and beyond for me this time. Todd in finance helped me get my refund for the my extended warranty on the first vehicle and helped to get me a better deal 6 months and 3 prime rate rases later. Alex and Connor reviewed the available inventory that was on the lot and let me know about Outbacks just received as trades. In the end, I selected a fairly similar Outback to what I purchased originally. Then team really went to work. The Outback had been taken in the afternoon before but because I was now without a vehicle as the insurance required me to return my rental, the team in sales, service and finance went into action. They moved heaven and earth to get my new Subaru through the certified pre-owned inspection process, get it detailed and delivered to me within the day (Saturday). They were absolutely going above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted as soon as I could get it in a climate where Outback availability is sparse and everyone is waiting for the next card to come in. I have worked in Auto Dealership world in the past and always have dreaded going card shopping. However, this is one dealer I was happy to work with again and will work with in future. More

I called local Subaru dealer to get information on the car I was interested in. I believe that Kyler just gave me straight facts with the actual price. Though this dealer was the farthest away it was easy car I was interested in. I believe that Kyler just gave me straight facts with the actual price. I now have the car that I wanted, with no dealer added not wanted extras, ready for the next 7 years of happy use. More
