We ordered a car from Subaru Superstore of Surprise, it came in on time and sold for MSRP with no add-ons. When we lost another car in an accident 4 months later, we were so happy with the previous experie came in on time and sold for MSRP with no add-ons. Kyler was AMAZING! He greeted me and explained to me why there were no new Crosstrek's on the lot. When he told me that I did not need to put a deposit down in order He greeted me and explained to me why there were no new Crosstrek's on the lot. When he told me that I did not need to put a deposit down in order to build my Crosstrek, I was sold. Other Subaru dealers told me I had to place a $1000 non-refundable deposit, essentially buying the car sight unseen. Chris stepped in and took care of me when a car became available for purchase. He was upfront with me as well the other staff members involved in the sale of my new Crosstrek. I highly recommend Surprise Subaru! More
