Having only recently moved here, I checked out multiple Subaru locations. The Superstore of Surprise was my favorite. I worked with Kyler and he made the experience painless for me. He was super friendly, really listened and cared about what I wanted, where my budget was and about me as a person, not just as another sale. He took the time out of his day to work with Todd, and Charles to find me exactly what I wanted. Kyler even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy and we made a deal! But that changed yesterday when i went to Subaru Superstore of Surprise. I had done my research online and chosen the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I was quickly contacted by Dave Castillo and informed that they were open until six. Upon arriving I was greeted immediately. Mr. Castillo introduced me to John Peace. Mr. Peace took me to see the car I had chosen. He went over the many features highlighting safety and user friendly operation. The whole process was un hurried with no pressure. even signing the docs was relaxed without undue pressure. I highly recommend Subaru Superstore of Surprise. More
