He was so attentive to our questions and communicated to us often before we made the long trek to Surprise. His knowledgeable, no pressure demeanor was a breath of fresh air, compared to other dealers we had visited. While we waited to go into the finance office, Mark Mauer the GM at the dealership, came over to us and actually sat down and thanked us for our business. That was a first for us...as other dealer GM's never gave us that courtesy. Todd in finance, made the loan financing a breeze. We ordered some extra add-ons from parts, and Markos took great care of us! What a pleasurable experience from beginning to end! More

I walked in just to look at new cars mainly because my son recommended Subaru. There was only one vehicle that filled the bill of what I wanted but it wasn't the right color. These folks really put an effort into finding what I wanted, no pressure or sales pitches. Travis, the sales associate I had the pleasure of dealing with, is a fine young man who knows his product.
