Went to a few dealers looking for a Forester and found pricing to be similar but was most impressed with the customer service aspects! This was all over the phone initially so we set up an appointment to go to the dealership. Every staff member encountered was exceptional. We ended up buying the vehicle and the process was quick and seamless. We were introduced to the service manager personally for service needs down the road, there were some bonuses to buying specifically at that dealership, which were very impressive, and they even had a person call us to set up an appointment to go over all the details of the vehicle. Our Forrester has so many amenities that you do need a lesson on it! Everyone exceeded our expectations in customer service levels, and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More
