Reflecting on your recent service appointment, it seems there was a wiring problem affecting your ASD relay, as well as an issue with your charging system. We repaired the wiring issue and replaced your alternator on that visit and the vehicle was operating correctly. , please don't hesitate to reach out at your convenience. Thank you for your review, Allen. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are disappointed to hear that we fell short of your expectations. With the complexity of the engine management systems on today's vehicles, there are a multitude of faults that can illuminate a check engine lamp. After speaking with you, I felt that we had an understanding of what happened. We stand behind the work that we complete. Due to the location of the solenoid that controls the intake valve lift, there is no possible way the cleaning of the fuel system caused the component to fail.
