2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sierra 4x4 This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from this dealer. We weren't sure what we wanted to buy so we were just looking around. Not the same experience a This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from this dealer. We weren't sure what we wanted to buy so we were just looking around. Not the same experience as before when you are looking around and sales reps swarm all over you trying to make a sale. No one was outside to assist and then Todd Grim came out to see if we needed assistance. He said the other reps were busy and his sales were mainly in the heavy duty line but he went to see if someone else was available. In the mean time Rob Thomas was coming through the lot and asked if anyone was helping us and we told him Todd was looking for someone. He said he could help us later but he was busy but talked to us a little and showed us a few things. Not very informant and helpful since he was busy. Todd came back out and said no one was available but he was happy to assist us. We were extremely please with his assistance and knowledge and how he went above and beyond. He made the sale for us just being the sales rep that he is. We later met with Brandon Rieck to finalize the paperwork. Very nice person and explained all the necessary information. We were to pick up the Jeep the next day around 12--1ish and received a e-mail from Todd the vehicle wasn't ready yet that the recon dept was backed up and could we try for 3. We had noting pressing so that was fine. Got there at 3 and Todd took us out to look the jeep over to make sure it was to our satisfaction. SO SO DISAPPOINTED!! They had the vehicle for 1 1/2 days and it looked like a 2 yr old cleaned it if it was cleaned at all. We even went all out and had the x-tra put on the paint, windshield & interior. All seams & door jams had dirt in them there was a twig of some sort in between the hood and window, dirt marks just in general and a scratch on the side of the hood and marks from shoes on the inside side panel where the gas & brake pedals are. I know I'm a very picky person but it was a new vehicle and for the money we paid for it this was NOT ACCEPTABLE and gave them until the next day to fix things. When we got there the next day Todd met us at the door and went out with us to look things over again. He told us he checked on the progress throughout the day and was on the guys to have things to our satisfaction. Todd was also very understanding and in agreement with how we felt about the incompetence and non caring of people doing there jobs correctly. We were quite pleased how things turned out. If it wouldn't have been for the EXCELLENT job Todd did from beginning to end we would have gone elsewhere. Hopefully corrections are made and our next visit dealing with service will be a lot better! Thanks again to Todd for everything he did. Deb & Chuck Keller More
