They are up front and honest, and truly care about taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I can say the same thing about Casey and Andrea in the Finance Dept, as well as their Finance Director, Ryan Smith. This team is open and honest, and in no way presents themselves as high pressure finance sales people like you would find at other car dealerships. Typically you spend two hours just working out price of the vehicle. Not in this case. Matt was an excellent communicator and made sure I was comfortable with the price that we settled on. It was and has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Matt knows sooooo much about the CX 5 and has been able to answer any questions we have without even batting an eye. I have never owned a Mazda before but have only been told good things about them. I hope to drive this one until it drops and then buy another one! More

Wonderful team to work with! I had found my 'love', a Jeep, at another O'Daniel's and they wouldn't work with me to get it into my price range. My parents bought a car from Junio I had found my 'love', a Jeep, at another O'Daniel's and they wouldn't work with me to get it into my price range. My parents bought a car from Junior 4 years ago, so when the other place wouldn't help me, I came here. I told them about my experience and they told me they could sell me the Jeep because they were affiliated. The whole team went WAY above and beyond for me, even trying to lower my car insurance to get me into my budget. After everything they did to help me, I'm now looking at the Jeep in my garage! I want to thank them SO MUCH! I will recommend them to everyone I know! More

staff very efficient, helped us find what we wanted We dealt with 4 people when looking at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda....our sales man was Eric Smith, quite the character but very knowledgeable in his prof We dealt with 4 people when looking at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda....our sales man was Eric Smith, quite the character but very knowledgeable in his profession....we loved working with him....he knew what we were looking for and checked out their inventory until he hit upon the right vehicle.....we were there the first time on Sat afternoon.....very busy....found what we wanted but waited until Mon. to be sure....no pressure from anyone at O'Daniel's to push the deal through.....Excellent service....talked to Julie Kimes, wonderful to work with and very friendly, Andrea Laux did our financing and was not at all pushy about buying warranties as my husband and I hate that part....she was also very friendly explaining things throughout the entire transaction.....then there was Todd Jacquay, didn't get to see his face but talked on the phone.....he is one great guy...have dealt with him before and always get the same honest and non pushy person as ever....loved the entire staff and truly appreciated the extra work done for us....very professional, but down to earth as well.......thanks again.... Todd helped me to understand the leasing end of the purchase, which helped me to choose the option that was right for me. It took about ten days for me to make up my mind. During this time, there was no phone calls to me. No pressure sales tactics. They just answered my questions and let me make my own choices. Car delivery process is clunky and could use some refinement. Mazda sales rep (employed by Mazda not by O'Daniel) fell on his sword over "buggy" tracking process and logistics system. This is my 2nd purchase from Nick Sheets… There was an issue with the car that was not O'Daniel's fault, and they made it right. They went all out to make sure I was happy.
