I found a vehicle online that I was interested in finding out more about. I then came across a Mazda 3 hatchback 5 speed manual transmission that sounded and looked great from the pictures and description on out more about. They had a phone number listed that I called and was able to speak with Junior Hammond. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he checked to make sure it was still on the lot. Unfortunately, I had to drive three hours away to look at this vehicle, but it was the only one I found within a 200 mile radius of where I live. When I arrived at the dealership the Mazda 3 was already clean and spotless pulled up front ready for a test drive. As I entered the building I was greeted by 3 salesman who all had smiles and seemed very friendly. I talked with Junior and gave him some information, we looked the car over and hit the road. The vehicle drove really smooth, was very clean, and shifted very easily. Needless to say, I was very interested in driving this car home. He was able to run a credit report and punch some numbers which came back positively. They worked with me and were able to pay off my the vehicle I was trading in which was great news. I was then lead to George Brothers, the finance manager. He was a very friendly guy and did everything he could to get me a loan for the Mazda. After a few attempts, the banks the contacted as well as my bank were unable to give me a load amount high enough for the price of the car. George was able to contact a few more banks and with the help of Todd Jacquay, they were able to decrease the price of the Mazda and give me a little more for my Jeep, I thought that was very thoughtful and could clearly see they wanted to sell me this vehicle. With that being said, I didn't have a lot of money that I could put down, but was able to work out putting 200 dollars down. They re-worked the numbers and we were able to come up with number that I couldn't pass up. A few minutes later, I was in the car driving home. The drive up there was pretty far, but the drive home was a lot better, especially with the gas I saved compared to the Jeep. I would definitely recommend O'Daniel Auto to anyone looking for a great car at great price and willing to work with you. They are great people to work with. More

He presented us with several models to test drive. We received the pricing from Todd and neither gentleman placed any pressure on us. We made our decision a few days later and then encountered George. He was so easy to work with. Truly everyone was professional. Jeremiah was so informative in his explanations of the car's features before we drove away. This is the first time ever purchasing a car was so easy. Nick gave us a figure for our old vehicle that we would sell to our daughter. In the past I would drive home in a bittersweet mood after buying a car. I drove home singing, "oh, baby, I think I am going to love you!" Thanks, guys! More

After driving the my first car for 12years, I was ready for something new and have always like Mazdas. A family member of mine was also looking for a new car and had been all over Ft Wayne for 4 months te for something new and have always like Mazdas. A family member of mine was also looking for a new car and had been all over Ft Wayne for 4 months testing driving all the different makes and models available. After looking over a consumers report, we knew Mazda was the way to go and the sales team backed up everything we had read. So when I finally got into the dealership to test drive, Jeremiah was very personable and made the experience very enjoyable. I was able to test drive a couple of new 2014 Mazda6s and loved them right away. It was very apparent that Jeremiah was very passionate about the brand he represents and was very knowledgeable about the different features of the car. I appreciated the time he took to sit with me and customize the car to me in showroom. Both Todd and Jeremiah were very patient with myself and mom. They made sure that we had all the information we needed for making our big decision. We ended up coming back the next day and purchasing 2 cars! When I finally saw my plates on my 2014 white Mazda6, I knew this car fit me perfectly. Todd and Jeremiah worked with us to give us a great deal on 2 cars and we were very anxious to drive the cars off the lot….I think Jer still owes us some Starbucks ;) Also, a big thanks to George! Believe me, in the past few months, I've walked in and out of quite a few dealerships. So imagine my surprise that upon entering O'Daniel Mazda, I was greeted warmly and with treated with utmost respe and out of quite a few dealerships. So imagine my surprise that upon entering O'Daniel Mazda, I was greeted warmly and with treated with utmost respect. I asked for Matt, with whom I had communicated via email regarding a Mazda 3, and Junior told me he was not in, but that he'd be glad to assist. Junior promptly located a car on the lot which closely matched my inquiry, and as I drove, he pointed out the vehicle's features. Knowing that I was not prepared to purchase that day, I revisited the dealership 3 more times, and Matt allowed me to put the 3 through its paces in various road conditions. Upon arriving at the dealership each time, I was greeted by name by the sales staff. Never did I feel pressured to purchase, nor did I feel condescension of any kind; rather, each member of the O'Daniel team was patiently confident that the Mazda 3 would win out. Not only did Matt follow up with me, but he also promptly found THE vehicle I requested. So,after driving my "runner-up" make and model several times as well, I chose to purchase the Mazda 3. Yes, the car is "ahhhmazing, daaahling," but the individual regard of the sales team sold me: not only on the vehicle itself, but also on the promise of prompt, reliable, individual service in years to come.In fact, my experience was so positive, I think I may just drop in and surprise them all with an "electric Amish" hand built pie..... I live in Indianapolis and had been looking for a car for a while but had such a bad experience with several of the car lots I had been to. In fact, I walked away from purchasing 2 other vehicles at other dealerships because of the bait and switch tactics used at one and having to pull teeth to get the finance guy to give me specifics on loans and rates at another lot. I decided to look at two different places while I was visiting family in Ft. Wayne, Bob Rohrman and O'Daniel's. I went in and met with Heinrich Hilger who took the time to listen to all of the things I wanted in a car (which weren't necessarily all going to happen with my budget), was able to cut through everything I said and really hear what was most important to me, but then proceeded to still show me a several different cars that came close to all the different things I said I was looking for. He encouraged me to go home, do some research and let him know how else he could help me. There was no push to close the sale or get me out the door that day with keys in hand. I then went to Bob Rohrman's and had such a different experience. I then did what Heinrich suggested and I went home and thought about my options and did my research. Though there were cars that were comparable in some respects at other places, absolutely no one was able to come close to equaling the care and time they took with me at O'Daniel. Really, that's what it came down to for me. I liked the car but I loved the customer service. Even though I had a tight budget, I still felt like I was important and they were willing to do whatever they could to help me find the best car for me. I had and still have no doubt that if I need anything after the purchase of my car, Heinrich and the other employees at O'Daniel would not hesitate to help me in whatever way they can. I couldn't say that about any other lot I visited (and I went to a lot of them)! When I went back to buy the car, Heinrich again took so much time out of his day to help me narrow down all of my choices and worked incredibly hard to get me a great deal on my car! Though I live in Indianapolis, I have no regrets about buying my car from Ft. Wayne. I love my car even more today than the first day I bought it! More

I was looking for a new car and had already been to one other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled wit other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled with his whole approach. He was very friendly, knowledgable and not at all "pushy" compared to the other car lot. He answered all of my questions and showed me everything about the car. He introduced me to Todd Jacquey who was also very helpful! They both showed me my options and found the best interest rate to keep my payments right where I wanted them. They both knew I was not taking the car home that day and did not try to push me into anything. I called the next business day to tell them I wanted the car! We made arrangements to close the deal when it was convenient for me. George Brothers was the one to close the deal and also informed me of other options that O'Daniel offers. He did not push those on me either as they would have raised my monthly payment. I was also introduced to Jesse Moore the service manager. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the service department. I love the fact that they will pick up my car from work and deliver it back to me so I do not have to take time off from work for service and routine maintenance. Jesse made me feel very comfortable with putting my trust in the service department. It was a pleasurable experience from the start to the end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I do have to admit that I had high expectations before I went due to the service my daughter received and still receives. She has been dealing with O'Daniel for the past 13 years and states that she feels like family. I am now happy to say that I am part of the "family" as well. Thanks again for the Excellent service!!
