Last year I bought a car from this dealer and the experience was so positive my wife bought one from them this year. You couldn't give me a GM, Ford or Chrysler, and Toyota, Honda and Nissan DON'T have vehicles with such design and a kick-xxx warranty. I went to a Chrysler dealership to see the new Fords and they had a mat under the car! I said, "Everyone knows that Ford products are GARBAGE and leak oil, but even when they are NEW? I called last month for pricing on a tune up & oil change for my 2005 Santa Fe. I gave my # & was told I would be called back with the info. No one called back. I was having mileage issues with my Sonata Hybrid and contacted the dealer where I bought the car (OHare Hyundai). They told me (without seeing the car) That ther was nothing wrong with it. I then contac contacted the dealer where I bought the car (OHare Hyundai). They told me (without seeing the car) That ther was nothing wrong with it. I then contacted Hyundai corporate and Tod called me and set up an appointment. He went out of his way to check the car and worked with my wife and I to understand the issues and worked with us to understand the systems and how they worked. Tod is great If you looking for a Hyundai or need service go to Ettelson (avoid the other guy!!!) More
