Chris Dait was courteous, responsive, and super-attentive to the nuances of a true BMW loyalist/enthusiast such as myself. I've worked with many in the Daniels family over the past 15 years and every one of them has been nothing but helpful and friendly right up to Fran! My only feedback is that the dealership might want to better focus on retaining and recognizing those employees who strive to make meaningful relationships with their repeat brand loyalists as a recipe to success.
