I was introduce to Ashley about the upgrade then before I knew it, I was already holding the keys to a new 2017 BMW X5!!!Ashley thoroughly and patiently provided all the informations I needed then conferred with Clint to explore all possible discounts I could take advantage of. They all made an amazing job. They really seem to work effectively as a unit to provide the best service for their customers.I still miss my previous client advisor, Greg, but Ashley's also great. More

Easy and Convenient Buying Experience Tony made this an easy and convenient buying experience for me. I brought my car in for servicing and decided to get a trade in value on it. I have Tony made this an easy and convenient buying experience for me. I brought my car in for servicing and decided to get a trade in value on it. I have been working with Todd in the service department for years (always a great experience with Todd and his team) and he hooked me up with Tony and the transition was seemless. Todd got me into a loaner vehicle so I could get to work without hassle while Tony immediately assessed my needs and worked on getting me the right vehicle for the right price. I was working in Philadelphia and Tony worked with me via phone and email and was flexible to ensure that the process met my needs, including being flexible with delivery to fit the window of availability that I had. Rick in the finance department was great to work with and did not waste my time with trying to sell my unnecessary add ons. He focused on the warrantees that best fit my needs and price point. Tony did not play any of the games I have experienced in the past from other deals, with the "Let me check with my manager" techniques; we had great discussions and he was honest about the terms of the transactions (squeezing that last couple of dollars out of my trade value to get me where I needed to be). A refreshing change of pace for me. My only complaint is Tony found me such a perfect X3, so perfect I think my wife is going to steal it from me! Perfect vehicle, top notch customer service and overall great experience! More

horrible service and no customer appreciation Had called the dealership to schedule a part and service purchase and was unable to reach anyone. The parts associate was more than helpful when call Had called the dealership to schedule a part and service purchase and was unable to reach anyone. The parts associate was more than helpful when call was returned an hour later but when transfered to service department I was hung up on and calls weren't answered. When I finally got ahold of someone in parts they weren't able to help me with a simple question regarding fees and then I was transfered to someone authorized, they told me of all the outrageous charges and fees that the dealership has for simple testing. I need to order parts but before I am able to do so I have to be charged $70 dollars to get a one word answer telling me that purchasing the parts was not enough business for them and they would lose money although I pointed out that their part charge was already $50 above retail. More

Is There Another BMW Dealership? As of this writing, I have done business with Daniels BMW in Allentown for over 7 years . I have purchased a 328xi, 2 - z-4s, a 535xi and a Mini Coop As of this writing, I have done business with Daniels BMW in Allentown for over 7 years . I have purchased a 328xi, 2 - z-4s, a 535xi and a Mini Cooper all from Dave Hackett. Normally, a car dealer salesperson will do anything they can to get you into buying a vehicle without truly understanding your needs. Dave is unique - he first wants to understand why you want to buy the vehicle you have selected from the lot, or, if you are unsure, quarry you about what you are looking for. His thoroughness in understanding a car buyer's needs is superb! He is a car buyer's professional consultant! And when is comes to after sale-services there is none better than Todd Simpson. He knows his stuff, and goes beyond just informing you what servicing your vehicle needs - he explains why it is needed to your complete understanding. Then there is Louis Rodriquez, Service Adviser of MINI. What an exceptional adviser and will to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. One word of caution, Louis moves between the service bays and being in front of customers so frequently that he rarely is able to answer his phone, so leave a message and for sure he will get back to you. Everyone, and I mean everyone at Daniels is there to make your new or used car looking and buying experience one of pleasure from the moment you walk on the lot, to the moment you drive away in your new car. I highly recommend them, and although you may not be in the market for a BMW or MINI, cruise their website for a complete line of their used cars. More
