They were still polite and professional, but in the three people with whom I interacted, they were "on script". [2] Yesterday was the first disappointment I have had at the Acura dealer in many years. I was disappointed because they had treated me "by the book". They checked my mileage and made recommendations, asking me to change my ATF fluid--but I drive a manual transmission car. I felt that they looked at the wrong car. Why didn't they check the fluid, in which case they would have seen that I didn't have an automatic transmission. [3] The prices have gone up. Yesterday, an oil change with the customary inspections, is about $50. Although it is good to have a thorough inspection for my comfort, the comfort is replaced with apprehension if I think they looked at the wrong car. I still would continue with this dealer. It is still the best for service, professionalism, and quality, but now instead of taking my car there by habit, I will be price-checking with others in the future. More

I was very pleased with the sales experience when I purchased that car, but it is the service afterwards that is also very important. What is also more important is that every person that I have come into contact with at the dealership were very courteous and pleasant. I was in the market for an SUV so I naturally wanted another Acura and preferably from Acura Columbus. I again was very pleased with the treatment that I received from Adam Hannah, Kyle Duncan , & Ian Quick in the purchase of my RDX. More

Prompt and accurate service I arrived earlier then scheduled but I was accepted and my vehicle was sent straight in for service. Service was completed sooner than expected. Friendly, efficient service From the time I was greeted at the pull-up location for service, I was made to feel that I and my time were valued. I was provided a courtesy car sin From the time I was greeted at the pull-up location for service, I was made to feel that I and my time were valued. I was provided a courtesy car since the major service I had scheduled to have done was a lengthy one. I have a 2010 RDX with a little over 100,000 miles on it. It was time to replace the timing belt and water pump as well as flush and replace the coolant. Zach checked me in and had the courtesy car ready and waiting for me in a matter of minutes. Service was projected to take about 6 hours. In less than 4 hours the service was complete and I was able to return the courtesy car, pick up mine (which had been washed, thank you!), and be on my way without having to deal with rush hour traffic. When leaving, Todd Skidmore assured me that my car was good to go for a long time! More

Almost always disappointing I have a 2016 MDX that was bought and has only been serviced (regularly) by this dealer. I had a nightmare of time getting the (brand new) touchscreen I have a 2016 MDX that was bought and has only been serviced (regularly) by this dealer. I had a nightmare of time getting the (brand new) touchscreen replaced, mostly due to the dealer not believing me that it wasn't working (very condescending even when I told them I'd had one in my last vehicle so I knew how they worked) so I had to bring it back over and over before they spent time actually verifying that it wasn't working properly. Then they didn't realize Honda parts thought the order was a mistake and cancelled it so I'm driving a loaner waiting for them to tell me it's done and they don't have any system in place to track these things. It wasn't until I called to see why I hadn't heard from them so far past the due date that they even realized they had my car. Then, twice, they didn't attach the trim back in place properly - one side they did on my next oil change and I later realized they failed to snap another back in place below the steering wheel. They fixed that last weekend upon my request (again) during an oil change and tire check. Not a big deal, but doesn't exactly instill confidence in their attention to detail or quality control. Took it in a second time last weekend for noisy tires that the tires are wearing improperly and 'that's just the way it is with these types of tires' so the loudness and the lack of controllability (it even throws off the automatic lane control system when I have it on because it pulls from side to side) are just something I have to live with but they're happy to give me a price on new tires. I cannot believe I've had such problems with a new luxury vehicle and I cannot recommend this vehicle or this dealership. On the last two visits, they just keep telling me they don't know why the tires are wearing unevenly and that's just the way it is and repeating over and over that they hate being the bearer of bad news. Really? It's about you having to give me the message? And when I ask what's causing it and how do we know new tires won't wear the same way, they just say 'we don't, but this is normal so not to worry." Before this car I had a new Honda Pilot that was quiet, and reliable. The MDX had been my dream car and I was so excited to have it. Now I feel pandered to and given the runaround (which, as a female, I detest!) and I will make sure all my female executive friends hear about it. They even had the audacity to email me to telll me they were hoping for a 'perfect score' on the Acura customer satisfaction survey and to let them know if there's anything that's preventing me from giving it. I've shared my dissatisfaction along the way with all of those I've interacted with and no one cares, looks into anything, or even tries to resolve it. They're all very friendly, but not authentic and I'm turned off by this unethical dealership. Already looking at new Audi Q7s..... More

Professional, courteous staff Estimated time for service was slightly under estimated, but I had been given a loaner so it caused no problems. Service of new tires, alignment, and fixing the viser on the driver's side was completed as requested. Always find all staff there helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable making the appointments a pleasant experience. More
