The dealership atmosphere is casual and sales staff are there for a resource only. I was billed for things I was meant to pay for As I was about to pay out with the cashier, I had a feeling that I was still under my 5-year Maintenance Plan but wanted to give them the benefit of t As I was about to pay out with the cashier, I had a feeling that I was still under my 5-year Maintenance Plan but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, that Acura would know to not charge me for certain services covered under the plan. Good thing I did say something to Joyce... she checked with Todd and it turns out my services WERE covered and I wasn't meant to pay a dime. It might have been an honest mistake, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way that I was going to pay for something that I wasn't meant to. More

Lack of Communication! On 1 Dec 2017 I had my 2014 MDX in for a B123 service. I brought my own Mobil 1, 0W20 synthetic oil in and Jim wrote up the order to use owner suppli On 1 Dec 2017 I had my 2014 MDX in for a B123 service. I brought my own Mobil 1, 0W20 synthetic oil in and Jim wrote up the order to use owner supplied oil. Upon checkout however, Todd told me due to miscommunication the techs in shop did not use my oil, but instead used their normal oil. Since the first oil change, my MDX has had nothing but Mobil 1 used into and I was extremely disappointed to hear my request to use my supplied oil was not followed. More
