Service technician on autopilot?? Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Go Took 2015 RDX in for service over the weekend for routine maintenance. After the service, all of the boxes on my report were checked as "good". Got home and found that my coolant reservoir was EMPTY and tire pressures exceeded recommended levels. One has to wonder what other item(s) was checked as "good" but not really checked. Not good to have to follow the service technician to make sure that he/she pays the necessary attention to detail. I expect more from Acura. More

Acura Columbus is the only dealer I've ever taken my car to and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else due to the service I get. Eddie always has a smile and a friendly hello and he remembers me which I think is incredible given all of the people he interacts with every day. More
