I recently brought my daughter’s car in for service and received a note stating it needed new tires. Instead, I received a text message stating the price was non-negotiable as it was set by Mazda, with no further follow-up. At that point, I chose to purchase tires from a provider who took the time to speak with me and valued my business. Lack of communication cost your store a sale.
