Worst buying experience of my life. Was screamed at in front of the entire showroom and told that they didn’t need to sell the car to me. 0% APR as advertised on website was not offered to me despite be front of the entire showroom and told that they didn’t need to sell the car to me. 0% APR as advertised on website was not offered to me despite being well qualified. When questioned, the employee began asking me if I knew anything about business and continued to belittle me. After we were offered 0% APR for 72 months a $500 price increase was applied to the price of the car. Despite arguing this random fee tacked on I was forced to pay. Was at the dealership for over 5hrs and was on the brink of leaving multiple times however my wife was in need of a new car for the winter ahead. Never want to buy a car from this dealership again and have been telling friends and family to stay away. More

I have been customer of Bill Stasek since 2011. I bought my 1st Equinox with them. And I replaced this Equinox 2011 with a 2022 Equinox. All my services are done with this dealership. All the staffs are ver my 1st Equinox with them. And I replaced this Equinox 2011 with a 2022 Equinox. All my services are done with this dealership. All the staffs are very nice and helpful. My sales Person is Steven Nedanovski. Such a nice person. Very efficient and helpful. He did not stop to just selling me the car. He did everything he could to make me satisfied. He still calls me ti check on the performance of the car. More
