Tom went above and beyond with my recent purchase of a 2020 Sorento EX. Although I had a newer model Sorento, I found myself needing one with more towing capacity and the EX with the V6 was a great opti 2020 Sorento EX. Not only did Tom work to structure a deal to help me with my trade but he also quarterbacked everything that was necessary for delivery: the front bumper was cracked and needed replaced, a tow hitch and harness needed installed, and the car needed a good detail. Tom oversaw the entire process and kept me informed at each step of the way! I started servicing my vehicle at Preston in 2017 and since then I have purchased two vehicles from them. The reason is people like Tom and his dedication to providing a great experience. More
