Finally settling on a Chevy Trax but more money than what we originally wanted to do. I’m happy with the Trax as it’s perfect for me. I think my sales person could of used more willing people to help her when we were setting up the Bluetooth when she tried to get help. When we came back to buy Joey Joey was prepared for the transaction. He also followed up with our additional requests in a quick, timely manner. Sam Anderson our finance guy took the time to clearly explain the options to us and made choosing our loan and warranty easy, no brained choices. Excellent service and attention! We were looking for an older Chevy Suburban and found the one at Martin's on the internet. After a couple if phone call inquiries, we decided to make We were looking for an older Chevy Suburban and found the one at Martin's on the internet. After a couple if phone call inquiries, we decided to make the 4+ hour trip to take a look at it. We were created at the door by Susan Laverty and she took amazing care of us! She made us comfortable while we talked about what we were looking for and made immediate arrangements for the truck to be brought inside so we could look at it where it was warm and toasty! When we were took it for a test drive, she was very friendly and didn't pressure us at all. Back at the dealership, the manager, Tom, came over to speak with us and give us information about service records and maintenance on the truck. Sam in the Finance department prepared all of our paperwork and walked us through the whole process. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and friendly - they made us feel like family. Susan even followed up a few days later to make sure we had made it back home safely and were still happy with our purchase. More

We bought the vehicle at night and even though they brought the vehicle inside for us to look over we missed some paint damage. We brought the vehicle back the next day and they gave us a loaner vehicle and fixed the damage. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. More
