We had an issue with the car that we had leased through GM. Brought it in for service. We had the opportunity to trade in the lease early (special from GM leasing), so we moved to the sales floor to look into that option. Marci was able to find us the right Malibu, got the paper work completed and got us out the door in a minimal amount of time. My wife had a plane to catch and when we informed Marci that we needed to get everything completed quickly. She jumped into motion and took excellent care of us! I wish I could rate Marci higher than 5 stars, she deserves it. More

The service team has been excellent every time I have taken my car in for oil changes and warranty work. Everyone I have encountered is always friendly and helpful. Plus I always get a free car wash and they leave a bottle of water in my cup holder for the ride home. Top notch service all around! I highly recommend buying your next car from Martin Chevrolet.
