Tom doesn't beat around the bush I have had less than great experiences with other service managers. Everyone knows everything but no one wants to fix the problem or listen to what yo I have had less than great experiences with other service managers. Everyone knows everything but no one wants to fix the problem or listen to what you think it could be. And in the end it never gets fixed. Tom heard me out and checked everything and make sure the ducks were in a row, T's were crossed I's were dotted. Good dude. Very good experience. I have an ongoing relationship with Courtesy Chevrolet. This is the 4th or 5th vehicle that I have purchased from them and am very pleased. I told Solon Woodard what I wanted, he found it and we did the deal. Tom Boggess in the service department has done a great job with all my service needs for probably 20 years. Wonderfully awesome experience. 2013 Malibu engine light was on. Within 1/2 mile of dealership light went off. Was very bummed because I was told previously problem could not be diag 2013 Malibu engine light was on. Within 1/2 mile of dealership light went off. Was very bummed because I was told previously problem could not be diagnosed unless light was on. Since I was so close I stopped by anyhow. Before I could get I greeted by service rep. Explained problem, he advised code is stored in computer and he would have someone look at it. Within two hours the problem was diagnosed and repaired, and it was still under warranty. Which meant I didn’t have to spend any money 💰! Service rep was very informative and knowledge. As it turned it I ended up spending a lot of money, but it was on a new car! It’s only been two days, but so far I am very happy with my new purchase. This is the 3rd Chevy I have purchased in five years. Two for myself and one for my daughter! Kudos to the salesman that sold me the car, his supervisor and everyone that worked effortlessly to provide great customer service. I will be back in soon to pick up the floor mats and second key. Thank you for great customer service. More
