My only objective is to make all my customers feel special throughout their entire ownership experience. They are purchasing or leasing the best automobile in the world and they will be treated with the best service in the world. They are the most important person to me, and I am thankful to be able to help them get their very own Mercedes Benz. I will be with them for the entire ownership experience. I will handle all their service and maintenance needs. I will be the one who arranges the appointments and sets up the loaner car whenever they may need it. I am there for them from the moment we meet, for anything they may need relating to their Mercedes Benz, and I am grateful for it.

Came in looking to change cars from Infiniti for over 20 yrs and spoke with Tom Cola and he was very pleasant and gave me the details of the different models and features of the truck. After spending about yrs and spoke with Tom Cola and he was very pleasant and gave me the details of the different models and features of the truck. After spending about a hr with him I decided to leave a deposit for a truck I wouldn't see for a few months. Fast forward a few months Tom always kept me updated on the progress of the truck and when I should expect it. After almost 4 months I got a call from Tom to let me know my truck came in. Went to the dealer and the process was seamless with the delivery of the truck to showing me the features of the truck along with signing the paperwork. From start to finish I was in there about 2 hrs. I'm highly recommending Tom Cola at Ray Catena as a great, knowledgeable sales rep that won't blow smoke to get a deal done. 2👍🏾👍🏾 for the service and customer service levels at Benz. Made my transition easy to leave Infiniti. More
