My only objective is to make all my customers feel special throughout their entire ownership experience. They are purchasing or leasing the best automobile in the world and they will be treated with the best service in the world. They are the most important person to me, and I am thankful to be able to help them get their very own Mercedes Benz. I will be with them for the entire ownership experience. I will handle all their service and maintenance needs. I will be the one who arranges the appointments and sets up the loaner car whenever they may need it. I am there for them from the moment we meet, for anything they may need relating to their Mercedes Benz, and I am grateful for it.

The greatest auto-purchasing experience ever! I have avoided looking or even stepping foot into any dealership for the past 9 years, so my confidents in salesmen have always been wavered, but I wi I have avoided looking or even stepping foot into any dealership for the past 9 years, so my confidents in salesmen have always been wavered, but I will gladly admit that this dealership, and especially Tom, totally changed that. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you shake hands on a deal (I'm so happy people still do that! It's small things like this that impress me), you are welcomed as "family". Tom is amazing. He made us feel so welcome and helped us along the purchasing process, as if he was purchasing the car with us! I loved the experience here! I will definitely come back for my next automobile experience, I will definitely recommend friends. I'm even planning on bringing my wife in for her next automobile when her deal on her Honda is done. Again, the best experience I have ever had at any auto dealership, the best! On a final note, to drive home the "family" feel and to display just how important they treat their customers, on our second visit, the receptionist actually remembered our names. I found this small, minute, detail amazingly impressive. I love this place. More

We were very pleased with the wealth of knowledge and understanding that Tom had! He didn't make us feel like we were just customers; Tom made us feel like we were already apart of the Ray Catena Mercedes Benz family. Throughout the process Tom continuously said "I want you both to be happy," very assuring words to hear when buying a vehicle. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and warm are words that describe Tom! No one wants to be the person who gets taken advantage of, swindled, bamboozled or even sold a car they truly did not want. From the minute I walked through the Ray Catena doors up until now, Tom ensured that I did not feel any of those fears. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, well informed and satisfied. He made sure I did not leave with a vehicle I thought I wanted but THE vehicle I knew I wanted. Now i get to walk towards my gorgeous GLC 300 coupe with a huge smile on my face. Tom, thanks for helping me achieve one of my life milestones in purchasing my first Mercedes-Benz.
