I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

The Service teaem at Smythe volvo is always friendly, helpful and couteous. They make sure that the car is checked out for all things even if not on the scheduled maintainence or requested. I've been a customer for over ten years. The sales people are friendly but not pushy. They function as a team and are not competitive with each other. They treat you like family. I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences with the team at Smythe Volvo. I just picked up my new car a few days ago & they even make the experience of getting a new car pleasant. We have owned our Volvo car since 2007 and had it serviced there ever since. They are such a pleasure to work with. I have occasions where if they didn't have a loner available they have driven me to serviced there ever since. They are such a pleasure to work with. I have occasions where if they didn't have a loner available they have driven me to my Husband's car in a parking lot, come home to drop me off and then come to pick me up. They are honest about the service they perform and guide you to the best alternatives. I would buy a car through them again. More
