We have owned our Volvo car since 2007 and had it serviced there ever since. They are such a pleasure to work with. I have occasions where if they didn't have a loner available they have driven me to serviced there ever since. They are such a pleasure to work with. I have occasions where if they didn't have a loner available they have driven me to my Husband's car in a parking lot, come home to drop me off and then come to pick me up. They are honest about the service they perform and guide you to the best alternatives. I would buy a car through them again. More

The Smythe Volvo service department has again delivered another outstanding service experience. My 2008 XC70 was making a "funny" noise. I had at first attributed it to my imagination, but later when other another outstanding service experience. My 2008 XC70 was making a "funny" noise. The Smythe team made multiple test drives to identify the problem and recommend a solution. Then, even though my car was just out of the warranty period, they performed the repair under warranty.
