I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

Smythe Volvo has been my car dealer since 1978. The service department is a major factor for my loyalty. All the people I have had experience with have been considerate, friendly, and competent..I feel service department is a major factor for my loyalty. All the people I have had experience with have been considerate, friendly, and competent..I feel that the money i have spent on servicing my car has been worth the cost. My 2004' S 80 has 124,000 miles and rides very well for the age of the car. My last contact was a short time ago when I was concerned about a possible transmission problem. Service Manager Nick Pavano handled my problem and concern tactfully and assured me that my concern was not an issue of any magnitude. What a relief !!! Thanks Mr. Pavano and Smythe service. More

All employees are polite , knowledgeable, and willing to be of assistance. I feel comfortable speaking with the service people.They have serviced my car even without an appointment. The service is always timely, and I am promptly informed of any unforeseen problems. A loaner car is always available to me. Curtesy, excellent service, a loaner car and close proximitry to my home and work are priority... therefore I go to Smythe Volvo. I would recommend the dealership without any hesitation. More

I was a last minuet schedule and they accommodated me. I also was pleased to get a loner car too so I could go to work. I have had 3 volvos and all have been serviced at Smythe and never once have I had a bad experience. They go out of their way to accommodate you and they thoroughly explain all of the work that needs to be and never once have I had a bad experience. The service center is extremely clean and so is your car when you get it back. I live 45 minutes away and while there are closer dealers I still go to Smythe. More

Took my car in for routine maintenance covered under the warranty. I told Tom that the lettering on my Volvo emblem had peeled off, which was an fix for them. Also had a problem with my keyfob, which they warranty. I told Tom that the lettering on my Volvo emblem had peeled off, which was an fix for them. Also had a problem with my keyfob, which they were able to solve. I was originally going to wait at the dealership for them to complete my service, however, Tom offered me one of their loaner cars as they knew it would be a bit of a wait. The 37,500 maintenance interval went smooth and had no additional problems with the car. I have previously worked with Nick Pavano, both he and Tom do a terrific job. Thanks Smythe Volvo! More

Excellent experience, as usual. My car went in for 45k service. Loaner car was clean and gassed up. Tom connected with me during the day to let me know the status of the car.
