I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

I was a last minuet schedule and they accommodated me. I also was pleased to get a loner car too so I could go to work. It was suppose to be a quick service but they pointed out a few things to me that nee also was pleased to get a loner car too so I could go to work. I have had 3 volvos and all have been serviced at Smythe and never once have I had a bad experience. They go out of their way to accommodate you and they thoroughly explain all of the work that needs to be and never once have I had a bad experience. The service center is extremely clean and so is your car when you get it back. I live 45 minutes away and while there are closer dealers I still go to Smythe. More

Took my car in for routine maintenance covered under the warranty. I told Tom that the lettering on my Volvo emblem had peeled off, which was an fix for them. Also had a problem with my keyfob, which they warranty. I told Tom that the lettering on my Volvo emblem had peeled off, which was an fix for them. Also had a problem with my keyfob, which they were able to solve. I was originally going to wait at the dealership for them to complete my service, however, Tom offered me one of their loaner cars as they knew it would be a bit of a wait. The 37,500 maintenance interval went smooth and had no additional problems with the car. I have previously worked with Nick Pavano, both he and Tom do a terrific job. Thanks Smythe Volvo! More

My wife experienced the illumination of a "generator malfunction light" shortly after packing the car for a significant trip. We called Smythe immediately and informed them of the issue. This is the level of service we have come to expect from Smythe and indicative of why we have bought several cars there. More
