I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

Smythe and Sean's team provided great service as usual. I took the 2008 XC90 in without an appointment to have a new low-beam unit installed. To me, this dealership's reputation is based on the professionalism of its service operation. There isn't a person that I haven't worked with and have found everyone to be exceptional. Tom Coward personally drove me to the train station and called me twice during the day to go over various car issues. The car is a 1999 and in great shape primarily due to the care given by this dealership. I just leased a Volvo from the dealership because of the experience that my wife has had with her car. I stopped by Smythe Volvo without having an appointment . I had a low air pressure tire error and thought I would stop by and get air in my tires. They were very thorough. I have purchased seven (7) new Volvo's over the last 13 years from Smythe Volvo and would not consider another dealership. My first Volvo was purchased at another dealership and there is no comparison. T years from Smythe Volvo and would not consider another dealership. My first Volvo was purchased at another dealership and there is no comparison. They, Smythe Volo, treat you like family. Over the many years I have dealt with everyone noted above and they are all courteous, friendly and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them to friends. More
