Eric was great! He made it fun purchasing my new 2022 Forester Wilderness. He was very patient answering my endless questions. Once all the paperwork was complete, E He made it fun purchasing my new 2022 Forester Wilderness. He was very patient answering my endless questions. Once all the paperwork was complete, Eric even asked me to set up a follow-up appointment so he could go over all the features on the car a second time. It would have been serious overload to try to take it all in on the day I finalized the sale. I really appreciated his willingness to put in extra time to help me with my new Forester Wilderness. I'd highly recommend Eric to anyone interested in buying a Subaru from City Side. He's a good listener and took all my concerns in to consideration. Another great example of Eric's professionalism and concern for his clients - on my recommendation - my youngest sister also decided to purchase a 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness, at the same time I did, just in a different color. Mark was extremely helpful. He was fast and efficient and got everything done within a day. My transmission failed unexpectedly and was out of warranty, so smartest solution f He was fast and efficient and got everything done within a day. My transmission failed unexpectedly and was out of warranty, so smartest solution for me was to get a new vehicle as soon as possible. I did not really have many needs but Mark checked to make sure I was satisfied with the options which he carefully explained. I was able to buy the car on Monday night and picked it up Tuesday. Great service. More
