Your service personnel have reviewed the invoice with us and also made us aware of the projected amount for the next time to have service. Not very happy with customer service at the Gateway dealership after parts informed me a data control module that was draining my battery and that also controls all Bluetooth functions was on back orde dealership after parts informed me a data control module that was draining my battery and that also controls all Bluetooth functions was on back order for 8 months and possibly wasn’t going to be available at all. A few days later another dealership had it in a week. Also the Gateway service rep disappeared when I had questions about a window that didn’t stay closed that Gateway simply cleaned the gasket- nope, that was tried before by another dealership and a local independent mechanic without success. The dealership that got the module correctly identified the problem & replaced the gasket instead. Problems corrected. I can’t recommend Gateway More
