Overall good expieriance. But would not take anything off MSRP, although the expieriance was positive because the personel were pleasant to work with I will likely shop elsewhere in the future. The employee said,” we’re not allowed to give anything for free” combining the refusal to reduce the car price from mars and no oil changes makes me think the car dealership owner is cheap. And/or we got taken on our car purchase. I wish I would have done better research. Tuttle click offers over $1000 off the same exact model we puchased. Shame on me I guess for not doing my homework, but that just mean I will not shop at this store anymore especially because we asked if they could take anything off and they said no More
