Firstly, we had From start to finish, our new 2020 MY Mazda6 Grand Touring purchase experience was smooth, fast, easy and fully met our expectations. Firstly, we had to find the interior color (sand) that we wanted. Capistrano Mazda found it, transported from an ally dealer and made it available for us quickly. Secondly, the purchase price included all available discounts and incentives, which was reassuring. Thirdly, Capistrano Mazda delivered the vehicle to our home in great condition and with timely precision. Overall, we could not have been more delighted with our purchase experience. Won me over I had been in touch with a few other Dealerships much closer to me and the SJC Dealer was the only one that was patient, friendly and most of all will I had been in touch with a few other Dealerships much closer to me and the SJC Dealer was the only one that was patient, friendly and most of all willing to stay in touch. I knew I wanted a new SUV and after my research I knew it had to be a Mazda. During the COVID-19 scare money was tight. So, My Sales Rep. didn't give up on me and found me just what I wanted. When driving up from Oceanside to the Dealership I was very impressed with beauty of the Dealership (ok, I'm a girl, we all know girls like clean and shinny things)... But, once I met my Sale Rep. Whitney in person this Dealership won me over. Whitney greeted me with a smile (even if it was under a mask) and we hit it off. She had the perfect CX5 sitting out there waiting off me. Cleaned and sanitized ready for me to test drive. And of course that test drive got me signing at the dotted line.
