As soon as we walked we were immediately greeted and offered assistance. Sarah butted in without knowing any of the circumstances, and chastised me for taking too much time on a salesman's day off. Raj is a very good , NEW salesman, and was receptive to learn some of my personal successful car sales qualifying and closing techniques. After a verbal confrontation , she said I am NOT allowing you to buy the car, and leave my dealership. I contacted the owners office of Steve Fader, and Stephanie directed management to me, and I took delivery of my delightful Kona Ultimate EV . More
