Absolutely awesome buying experience! Many thanks to Sean Kelly, my salesman and Brian Overton the sales manager. No pressure and allowed me to take an extended test drive. They fixed all the items I wanted Kelly, my salesman and Brian Overton the sales manager. No pressure and allowed me to take an extended test drive. They fixed all the items I wanted fixed in a very short time and even after I bought the car, they fixed some problems that I hadn’t noticed before I purchased it. Clarissa in finance was excellent and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the purchase process very quickly and slowed down when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Emich Automotive to anyone looking for a nice pre-owned car. They mostly sell upscale, low mileage cars at a reasonable price. Emich Automotive Rocks!! More

Saife was helpful and provided the necessary information over the phone to determine if I should make the Hour drive to look at the vehicle. Based on his descriptions and pictures, I made the decision to drive down and look at the vehicle. It was a good decision because it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Saife was out that day but the extended Emich team was there to help and made the process easy. Thanks to everyone for making the experience easy. I essentially made the deal over the phone. I was I essentially made the deal over the phone. I was dropped off by Uber to purchase the vehicle, salesman rushed me to inspect, parking it as close as I essentially made the deal over the phone. I was dropped off by Uber to purchase the vehicle, salesman rushed me to inspect, parking it as close as possible to other vehicles on the lot. I did point out some obvious dents and scratches, which he said they absolutely would not fix. I did not see any damage to the radio. The car went into detail I hopped in a drove away. I then upon getting on the freeway, 5 minutes away saw something on the screen of the radio. It appeared to be staining from cleaning products. I called the salesman who promised me that it wasn't there during the test drive and told me that they would fix it no matter what. He scheduled a service appointment for 6 days later. I was basically told the radio was my problem. Had I not delayed to get it fixed I could have stopped the loan. My fault ultimately, I really didn't think a car with 16000 miles could be in such rough shape. I had other Jeeps priced lower with a few more miles, probably a better buy. I will say take your time with these guys they will take advantage of you given the chance. More

Jenn in the service department did an excellent job of lining up some recall work on the vehicle before I picked it up. She is very organized and lined every thing up and took care of everything. The finance department did an excellent job of walking me through all my options. The sales manager did an excellent job working with Charlie to get us where we needed to to be. Thanks everyone for all your work and help on purchasing this car! You made what is sometimes not always a good experience, buying a car, a great experience in this case. Thanks!!! More

Emich made me feel like I was part of the family and they took excellent car of me. They found me the EXACT car I was looking for, a 2015 Tesla, Titanium Metallic, beige interior, 4WD.. I didn't think it was took excellent car of me. They found me the EXACT car I was looking for, a 2015 Tesla, Titanium Metallic, beige interior, 4WD.. I didn't think it was possible but they did it. Everyone from Colt Emich who helped find the car, to Jenn the service director who got the car in perfect shape, to Jeremy who helped me figure out what Tesla I wanted, to Tommy who taught me how to use all the tech in the car, to Clarissa who made the trade-in and paper work easy. The service from the whole team at Emich truly makes you feel like part of the family or part of a special club. My friends and coworkers were confused when I talked about “my dealership” but that’s how it feel like part of the family or part of a special club. My friends and coworkers were confused when I talked about “my dealership” but that’s how it feels. I now have two cars under service with Emich and just worked with Eddie for the first time on a trade-in. Eddie has a background working on German cars and now on the sales side of the business he was able to be super informative about the finer details of German motoring without pressuring me at all. What I love most about Emich is the team based approach. In the past two days I was helped by Jennifer, Jeremy, Brian, Colt, Tom, Clarissa, and Eddie! If they don’t have what you’re looking for on the lot, they will find it for you and negotiate a fair price where other dealers are price gouging in today’s crazy hot market. I honestly cannot imagine taking my business anywhere else! More
