Neil Stanley was wonderful - he was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, welcoming and very helpful and accommodating. I hope my Honda lasts for many, many years, but I'd want to work with Neil again if I were buying a new car. My very only negative feedback is that I felt pressured by the finance person to purchase the added service contract. It had already been a long day and I was in his office for a long time saying no, and being met with arguments for every one of my reasons for declining. He actually showed some frustration at the fact that I continued to decline. Then he brought in the finance director to do the exact same thing. They were nice enough, but I really wish dealerships wouldn't do that to customers. I'm already spending a lot of money, and I wish they would respect my original answer. Finally I gave in because I was actually really uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. I left feeling like they "won" and got me to do something I didn't want to do. More

Julie and Thomas in Finance went above and beyond in getting us the car we want and helping us secure fantastic financing. Never did we feel any pressure to buy or add something on, and Julie was really kind to our 2 year old son which meant a lot. I usually don't really like buying a car because I feel like i am being pressured the whole time but I didn't feel that way with Julie. Even when we were considering the higher end package (my husband wanted it, I didn't), Julie really listened to our needs and didn't pressure us either way. In fact, she thought that the higher end package was probably unnecessary. My husband works in sales and we both really appreciate a salesperson who listens to the needs of the customer and trying to match the perfect product instead of just trying to up sale. Overall, it was a very easy and just great buying experience. I really appreciate how hard Julie worked to get us all set up with our new vehicle. More

As easy as it gets! Tom Larson and Tom Henschel made this the easiest car buying experience ever. We stepped on to the lot and were soon greeted by Tom L. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us find the right CRV at the right price. He took his time and never rushed us. When it came time to talk numbers, he listened. We told him how much we wanted to put down and how much we wanted our payments to be. He came back the first time with both numbers under our budget. When does that ever happen? We agreed and moved on to finance. Tom H was easy going, funny and did not try to sell us a million things. He caught an error in the paperwork that would have changed our payment, and he went to bat for us. I truly felt like both gentleman had our best interest in mind and tried to get us the very best deal....and we got a great one! If you are looking for a new vehicle, go talk to the Toms. They will treat you right. More

Best car buying experience EVER!!! We had been looking for the best deal on a new Honda Accord, when we called Manly Honda and first made contact with JR Mazola. I have to say, after talking to multiple sales people at different dealerships, talking to JR was really a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly pleasant to talk to, he listened to everything that we wanted and why...and saved us a lot of money compared to our local dealership. We drove down from Mckinleyville California to see a specific car, and he had already pulled it from the lot so it would be available when we got there! After looking at the vehicle, we changed our mind on interior finish and JR had to hunt another vehicle down for us that had everything we wanted! He was very kind, very accommodating and worked hard to help us leave with exactly what we wanted at an awesome price... and he did it all with a fantastic smile! We look forward to working with JR again in the future, and will definitely be sending referrals his way! Thank you, JR for making our car buying experience the best one yet.
