And I only dealt with him for less then 10minutes. I went in to refund my GAP and warranty. He basically called me stupid for doing so because I was getting the warranty "dirt cheap" as he put it. He hands me the paper to sign and leave a reason as to why I was canceling while he sat across from me tapping his fingers on the desk. I asked him if he minded his response was "I've had a lot of coffee" I had to wait 2 hours to test drive because the key holder was broke! I didn't even test drive the truck! Overall Tom and Aldolfo were ok they managed to get me out in a timely matter. I'm going back to get leather seats. Either the service guys will make the experience all better or double my frustrations we'll see! More
