I was texting Julie costa as she is a good friend of mine and she said yes come on down to the dealership I'll sit you guys with someone and we could talk. So low and behold she said Jesse is on his way and he's gonna help you out! So here comes Jesse and my husband said hey I know you! Lol they used to work together! Jesse then took over! He was excellent. Very patient with my son, worked our numbers out. We had a few hiccups along the way but Jesse was just awesome at working things out for us! Very personable, honest, and helpful. We will recommend Jesse to anyone! Needless to say we walked out of the dealership with a 2015 Honda Accord sport, very pleased! Jesse took very good care of us. We are considered VIP! :) thank you Jesse :) More

Considering a long distance purchase? OUTSTANDING! From “just looking” to “SOLD!” Neil Stanley was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I bought this car from 325 miles away when our local From “just looking” to “SOLD!” Neil Stanley was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I bought this car from 325 miles away when our local dealer declined to match prices. Neil kept me informed and explained each step of the process. He even assured delivery of the car to my house! Neil answered all my questions, some of which probably bordered on paranoid (after all...I'm 300+ miles away AND had the local dealer "suggesting" there would be a catch!) – but the prices were real, the service outstanding, and the experience top-notch. Neil matched local prices on paint protection (my cat jumped up onto the hood of my car and was immediately ejected....incredible testimony to the usefulness of THAT accessory!). Tom in finance was efficient and wrangled a great loan rate for me, explaining options around service contracts and allowing for even more questions. The whole deal was done over email, text, and phone and could not have gone smoother. Thank you Neil, Tom, and Manly Honda!! More

Too much unnecessary swaiting I bought a car on Monday, it was not available until Friday. I was told Manly was such a volume dealership that there were many cars waiting to be ins I bought a car on Monday, it was not available until Friday. I was told Manly was such a volume dealership that there were many cars waiting to be inspected. It seems to me that if a car has been purchased, the least the dealership could do was provide enough people to get it inspected faster than four days. Also, I waited an hour to sign the purchase documents. Since the dealership had known for four days that I had bought that car, the papers could have been ready. We have bought several Hondas from this dealership in the past and have always recommended it highly. No more...The old Manly dealership was better, much more accommodating and conscious of customer service. I was told also that there was no pressure salesmanship but two different people pressured without letup to sell me Gap insurance which of course provides very large commissions for successful sales. More
