The contract had to be redone, the insurance requested had to be redone, the registration was done in error and then our plate was mailed to the wrong address. My conclusion -- sales people nor the dealership care about the whole customer experience, just the sale. More

We took the Q8 for a test drive and immediately fell in love with the car. It handled beautifully on the ride and had it's own look. We were replacing our old car due to an accident. Tom focused on the many safety features which really helped to convince us we had the right car. The Audi team was able to find a 2019 first year edition with the colors we wanted. The car was ready within a few days. We are enjoying our new Audi! Thanks, Tom and team. More
