They then take a very transparent approach and work with me to structure the price/financing in an open, honest and no-pressure manner. I was over milage on my Audi that was coming off lease. Again. the team worked closely with me to determine that there was equity in my car and helped me to avoid paying the over milage fees. The car delivery process is equally as excellent - Tom Himsworth ensured that everything was perfect in my new vehicle and that all of the many settings were customized just for me. Lastly, Demery really does make the paperwork process quick and painless - no high pressure and always trying to help.
