Always a great experience, never any issues at Advantage BB. Staff is exceptional and very courteous, have purchase multiple cars from Advantage Bolingbrook and never a bad experience, just purchased a new BB. Staff is exceptional and very courteous, have purchase multiple cars from Advantage Bolingbrook and never a bad experience, just purchased a new car last Thursday, walked in at 5:30 started the process, was very indecisive on what to get, That's where Tom Keane comes in, fantastic everything you want in a salesman. Did not push the higher priced vehicle just to make a bigger sale. Wanted to know our reasons for each, understood our needs and helped us make the decision based on needs and not wants. Absolutely exceptional service. Did not care it was closing time, did not feel rushed, and very very satisfied in what can be a painful experience, this was nothing but pain free, worry free experience and that is why Tom will be at the top of the list for us when we return to Advatage BB for the next purchase. Thank you Tom. And then to finance, I have never had such a fun experience while signing paperwork that's going to cost me money, lol. But that is exactly what Ryan Sitter provided. It was after closing time. Yet not a peep about wanting to get out of there. Explained everything , even tried to go out if his way to transfer plates after the fact!! Even though it didn't work. He tried every avenue available and that was great. Again made a sometimes painful experience fun!! Thank you Ryan for a very fun experience. Advantage Chevy of BB just has the best staff around hands down. Keep up the great work!! More

After seeing the 2022 Chevy Blazer, I fell in love with it and really wanted to purchase one. When I first showed up to look at one, I unfortunately got their hours mixed up. Tom was the gentleman who came it and really wanted to purchase one. When I first showed up to look at one, I unfortunately got their hours mixed up. Tom was the gentleman who came out to talk to us and even stayed a little while after closing to answer some questions we had. Since we weren't able to purchase the car that day we came back on Monday and Tom was there to help us out again. He made the process super easy and simple to purchase the car I wanted. He was also incredibly nice and helpful. He was a busy man that day but never once did I feel like he forgot about me. When we finalized the purchase with Ryan, he was just as helpful as Tom had been. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Both Tom and Ryan were awesome to work with and when I plan on buying another car, I have every intention of coming back! More
