Where do I start...my fiance bought a truck. Nice truck, we drove approx 2 and 1/2 hours to get this truck. 2015 Dodge Ram R/T. Love the truck, dealership not so much. First thing finance deal had to be sen we drove approx 2 and 1/2 hours to get this truck. 2015 Dodge Ram R/T. Love the truck, dealership not so much. First thing finance deal had to be sent over twice, even though we had the deal done before we arrived. The finance mgr had sent incorrect deal..put the down pmt as total price of vehicle..hey mistakes happen. I was on the phone with the finance company more than the finance manager. At this point I am getting angry..been there almost 3 hrs. We finally get deal done then there was car insurance..I was told to call the insurance company myself and get them to fax and/or email the insurance card for truck. I worked for a car dealership over 12 years...we always called the insurance company for our customers. But maybe things changed. The insurance card never arrived by fax so next was email. Finally got insurance. Next signing the paperwork...got it done ...almost left without getting a temp tag. Get home..about a week later go to print out paperwork last name spelled wrong..called dealership to tell them and was told it would be ok. Now after us having to purchase another temp tag because the first one ran out we get the paperwork with the correct name on it for him to sign. The second temp tag runs out 9/4. When you call no one gives you any answers..it is one excuse after another. Don't even get me started on the parts that were ordered for the truck..lets put it this way still have not been received. But were sent out 2 weeks ago..when asking for tracking number then told oh sorry they weren't sent out. Like I said I worked for a car dealership for over 12 years and I would have been fired...and so would have a couple other people More

This was my first time at Sloane. The staff was great, Eric was a pleasure to work with, very down to earth, no hot shot cool guy salesman stuff, no pressure, and they were willing to work with my budget Eric was a pleasure to work with, very down to earth, no hot shot cool guy salesman stuff, no pressure, and they were willing to work with my budget and my trade in. These guys didn't make feel bad about buying the car I was eyeing, I didn't have that scummy feeling after making a big purchase, and they didn't try to push extra add-ons like some other dealerships out there. I hadn't even plan to buy a car when I came in, just wanted to window shop, next thing I knew, I walked out with my dream car the same day I came in. I came in at around 11am, walked out with the Supra by lunch, 2pm, very straight forward process. Eric was awesome and took good care of me while dealing with 10 other customers at once. I will definitely be referring friends and family here in the future. Thanks again guys! More
