Sales and finance was great but service was not. Had an issue with the truck and brought it back after the first day. Service center said they would get back to me and never did. I came into Sloane wanting to test drive a Corolla hatchback and a Rav 4 and I met Brandy Childs. She test drove both with me and my wife and when I hinted at wanting to drive a Tacoma, she was more t hatchback and a Rav 4 and I met Brandy Childs. She test drove both with me and my wife and when I hinted at wanting to drive a Tacoma, she was more than encouraging. She was extremely patient with me as I struggled to make a decision, but ultimately, I chose the Tacoma. She was extremely helpful, extremely nice, and genuinely made the experience very positive. I am thrilled with the Tacoma, which I leased, and given how much Brandy explained about leasing, how it worked, and how easy it was, I would absolutely come back to Sloane for my next purchase or lease. Provided I have Brandy as my Sales rep again as she was really awesome to work with. More
