His style is pretty laid back, which is perfect for us because we don't appreciate the "hard sell." We've been quite happy with the service that he specifically provides at Northend Suburu. We've also been happy with the experiences we've had with Tom Liddle. He's been our financial service rep both times. We found him to be very straightforward and knowledgeable. He also worked hard for us behind the scenes with our bank to ensure that the terms were exactly what we expected and also that the transaction went smoothly when we came in to sign paperwork. More

Worth the drive ! I bought a new STI this weekend at North End Subaru. It was the best car buying experience in my life. I'm 58 and have bought 15 cars so far . Prior t I bought a new STI this weekend at North End Subaru. It was the best car buying experience in my life. I'm 58 and have bought 15 cars so far . Prior to my trip to Lunenberg, I visited the usual suspects in the Metrowest area closer to my home in Dedham. My interactions with the others were rather negative; one dealer did not have the cars they advertised online, noting they put the information on their website before the car arrives. Two others offered me ridiculous bids on my trade,so bad that I could not consider doing a deal ( Far below the KBB or Edmunds valuation), One guy gave me a number without even looking at my car or driving it, stating that their dealership considers all cars to be in average condition. (My trade-in had 20,000 miles and had its oil changed at the dealer every 3,000 miles, paint and wheels in great shape). Certainly not an average condition car! So, when I made an online inquiry about a car to North End I was not expecting much given the behavior of the others. I was pleasantly surprised when Bob Waite contacted me. He was friendly and professional in his email and phone contact. He reminded me that we previously met a few years ago when I was just starting to look at my first Subaru. I didn't buy that one from him, but he was still quite gracious. So later that morning I drove out to see the car, met with Bob and his manager Frank Capoccia and we came to an agreement. They were very fair in valuing my trade, giving me a real offer (as opposed to what I experienced elsewhere). I took the new car home later that day, it was clean and prepped properly. Bob went over all of the features. He treated my wife and me wonderfully. Tom Liddle helped as well, he shopped financing and found a great rate at a local credit union ( that beat Subaru's rate). I strongly recommended North End Subaru. It is a well run business, staffed by great sales professionals. Worth the drive! More

When we got back to the lot Bob had a 2009 Impreza sport wagon, my daughter's dream car. waiting for us to try out. She fell in love with it! I went back a month later and bought a 2015 Impreza hatchback. We are both very happy to be tooling around in our subarus!! Thanks Bob for making our car buying experiences stress free! And Tom for all your hard work getting us both the best financing!!! More

Mike was knowledgable, entertaining and extremely helpful. The entire team at NorthEnd Subaru made my buying experience a pleasure. There was absolutely no pressure. Jesse, the sales manager, helped negotiate a price that I am sure I could not match anywhere. He was very generous and kind when approached with any concerns. Tom, the finance guy, was also very helpful and knowledgable and helped us find very affordable financing. I usually find car shopping very stressful but that was not true of this experience. I couldn't be happier with my car or my dealership. Thank you Mike, Jesse, and Tom. More

We had gone into the North End Subaru dealership three times before finally making up our minds and each time Frank Lajoie was very patient with us and more importantly ready and willing to answer the endless list of questions we had. We ended up going with a 2015 Impreza Limited Wagon and we are so happy we did! The service was great (including Tom Liddle's help with the loan end), the car is perfect, and we are planning to come back within the next couple of months to get my husband a new car too! We were very comfortable with him. We went home with more accurate information that helped us make the best decision with no pressure at all. I never thought I would end having 2 same cars in the family " Legacy. " My comfort level was buying a car with reliability, safety, reputation and AWD. I had to figure that out on my own and not to be convince by anyone. Oh..if they don't have it they will find it! Thank you Frank for a great deal !
